Generation speed and diagnostics

• Fast mode now skips automatic prompt preparation when the prompt is blank, avoiding an extra request before image generation.
• Saved shoots now record a timing breakdown for preparing prompts, uploading references, generating, saving, and total runtime.
• Added Fast and Standard generation modes with different quality, output format, and preview settings.

Product shoot preview

• Added Copy prompt in the shoot modal so the exact generation prompt can be reused.
• Added an AI refinement field directly on the image preview, sized to the preview image with a compact maximum width.
• Added visible refinement counts on gallery cards when a shoot has saved variants.

Product accuracy and interface polish

• Strengthened prompt rules so short tops, tunics, and ambiguous garments are styled with appropriate lower-body coverage.

Product notes for smarter generation

Brands can now add optional notes to saved products so AI understands garment type, length, fit, and exclusions that flat-lay photos do not always make clear — especially when generating on-model shoots.

• Added an optional product note field on the Products page, editable from a note icon on each product card.
• Filled note icons use the primary color so products with saved context are easy to spot.
• Added AI Suggest and Enhance actions in the note modal to draft or polish notes from the product image.

Shoot generation

• Wired product notes into shoot prompts and auto-suggested prompts so garment context flows into every generation.
• Refresh saved library notes at generate time so updates on the Products page apply without re-adding products to the Gallery.
• Persist product notes on saved shoots through product references for generation history.

• Added a shoot preview dialog so completed images open in a larger view with settings, product references, and quick download or delete actions.

Model library and consistent character generation

Added reusable model characters with angle-tagged face and hair references, then wired them into shoot generation so selected models stay recognizable while still producing natural pose and expression variation.

• Added a new Model page for creating, editing, and deleting saved model characters.
• Require seven face and hair reference angles, including front, 45-degree, profile, and hair visibility views.
• Added cover thumbnail selection so each model is easy to identify from the model grid.

Shoot generation

• Added a Model setting to the Gallery page so users can choose a saved model before generating shoots.
• Use pose-matched model references instead of sending every model photo, reducing reference payload while keeping face and hair consistent.

Persistence

Product collections

Group product images into collections from the Products page. Each collection supports a custom name, multiple images via upload or gallery pick, and a user-selected thumbnail. Collection images stay linked to their folder while still appearing in the main gallery with the collection name shown underneath.

Products page

• Added Gallery and Collections tabs with a subtle underline-style switcher.
• Gallery now shows all product images in one place, including those in collections.
• Removed Replace image from product cards.
• Improved thumbnail rendering so images fully cover their cards without side gaps.

Shoot gallery

• Added setting pills on generated shoots for background, pose, and style — visible on hover in the top-right.
